Your evaluation
The $99 Disc & Nerve Evaluation is one appointment. $49 is paid online to reserve your time and is applied to the $99; $50 is due at your visit. To change your appointment, or for any question about your reservation, call (626) 669-4559.
Care plan credit
If you start a care plan within 30 days of your evaluation, your $99 is credited toward that plan. There is no obligation to begin care.
Payment and financing
ARC is a private pay clinic and does not bill insurance. Financing is offered by third party lenders to qualified applicants, subject to approval and lender terms.
